We currently have a great opportunity available for a highly motivated individual to undertake a full time Traineeship in Certificate III Business. This position is located in Grovedale with a highly reputable Host.
About the Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for customers face to face, phone and email
- Manage allocated jobs from start to finish
- Prepare assessment reports,updates,variations
- Raise purchase orders, inventory lists and invoices
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- Maintaining office presentation
About You
- A high standard of presentation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all clients
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communications and organisational skills
- Seeking a long-term career after training completes
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Previous demonstrated administration / customer service experience would be advantageous
