We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are able to commit to a full-time 2 year traineeship program, with a "can do" attitude, strong work ethics, drive to learn, a strong focus on safety and being a reliable individual. The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics and/or transport industry via Qube.
Throughout the course of the 2-year program, not only do we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, but there are regular check-ins with the Qube team so you can stay engaged with your Qube journey.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Processing subcontractors and employees timesheets
- Utilising and maintaining Microsoft excel spreadsheets
All of our cadets have the opportunity to choose if they would like to further their education while completing the program, with a number of certificates available, including:
- Cert III in Business
- Cert III in Supply Chain Operations
- As well as other Qube-approved certification depending on the Cadet role, location and our business needs

This opportunity is located in West Melbourne, so you must be local to the area and have your own transport.
