· Business Traineeships provide entry-level opportunities for individuals to gain practical skills and experience in various aspects of Business operations. They also suit individuals returning to the workforce

This is a fully paid position with award wages applicable

· During the Business Traineeship, you will be working full-time 38 hours per week while studying a Certificate III in Business
· If successful, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the workplace with one of our host employers, working in an office environment, typically in a Receptionist, Office Administration position
· Traineeship duration: 12 months - Full time
Where is this traineeship position located?
Chermside
Duties may include but not limited to:
· Answering the phone and directing to appropriate people
· Taking messages and managing emails
· Data entry, filing and scanning
· Ensuring reception area is always kept tidy
· Customer service – in person and over the phone
· Use of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs
· Other tasks requested by the host employer
Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:
· Be eligible to complete a traineeship
· Genuinely seeking a foot in the door within an office environment
· Be well presented, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
· Be motivated with a positive attitude
· Drivers licence and own transport preferred
