They are constantly expanding, refining, and innovating their products to maintain their position.
We are seeking a motivated Business Trainee with excellent organisational skills and a desire to grow professionally; this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Qualifications & experience
- Strong customer focus - internal and external
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- General administration and bookkeeping experience an advantage
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, other internal programs will be trained
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist sales and purchasing, admin and production teams as required
- Manage transport bookings
- Maintain customer information in production system
- Assist with review of job cards for accuracy and adherence to established procedures
- Answer phones
- Assist with scanning and digital storage of documents
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required, could be in the foundry
- Create supplies purchase order
- Trained to be a backup bookkeeper
