Part Time Business Support/Driver person up to 25-32 hours per week with flexible start and finish times.The purpose of your role will be a split between visiting suppliers and customers for pick up and deliveries and the other part of your role will be admin focused based in the office.
Key duties:- Deliveries and pick up of steel components and boxes of products depending on demand of deliveries and pick ups
- Administration duties include answering phones in a professional manner
- Purchasing and receiving of goods
- Preparation of invoices and generation of quotes
- Entering of BOM
- Liaising and organizing transport
- Other admin duties as required
To be successful:- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Are a team player and professional
- Flexible with job requirements
- Are looking for a varied role on the road and in the office
- Sound MS office skills with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Independent and a problem solver
