Based in Burwood, the successful trainee will have the opportunity to develop their experience learning about administration and customer service in a supportive environment.
What will you be doing?
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
General Office Management
Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors and clients
Quoting and creating appointments for new jobs
Liaising with clients
Maintaining the office and kitchen environment
Carrying out general administrative duties such as; filing, scanning, typing, copying, data entry, etc.
What are we looking for?
A well-presented team-player with an excellent work ethic
Strong communication skills and sound computer knowledge (MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Reliability, punctuality and initiative
Drivers Licence is required
