Your new role
The purpose of this part-time role is to provide a wide range of highly responsible and confidential administrative and general support services to support the Business Unit Management team.
Duties:- Proactively coordinate and perform administration support across ITS including, but not limited to, lead team scheduling, diary management and event coordination
- Liaise and coordinate information across the Business Unit, with external and internal key Business Unit stakeholders and committees as required
- Guide and influence administration activities within the Business Unit
- Coordinate the preparation of Business Unit presentations/regular communications
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have the following key skills:
Substantial support and administration experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation
Excellent interpersonal skills and an uncompromised customer service focus
Dedication and passion for organisation and administration
Forward-thinking and versatile, with the ability to use your initiative
Have the ability to juggle a number of tasks and prioritise where appropriate
Sound knowledge of the procedures and protocols for Board, Executive and other Committee Meeting Papers
Advanced skills in the full MS Office
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
