Address We're always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we're searching for a Business Development and Services Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our event spaces.
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
? Managing daily sales activities and client relationships, focusing on the conversion of repeat spaces.
? Hitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximise profitability
? Managing all aspects eof the Convention Centre reception team and general administration to improve guest experience.
What We need from you:
? Three or more years of experience in a front office or hotel sales setting with direct supervisory experience
? Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required?
? Ability to work in a dynamic matrix organisation
? ?Proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relations with clients and stakeholders, including customers' seniour management.
