Position: External Account Manager
Location: Melbourne

We are looking for an individual who can further develop and drive our business strategy forward in the Solid Timber market. If you possess exceptional sales and business development skills, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and can implement strategic growth initiatives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level service and support to existing clients in the Solid Timber market.
Utilize sales skills to gain appointments for formal presentations and product demonstrations with existing and potential clients.
Utilize CRM system for accurate reporting and management of all client information.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets & KPO's.
Assist in resolving customer product issues.
Maintain performance standards and operational processes to meet customer expectations and business needs.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities through the review of sales processes.
Qualifications:
Proven sales background of at least 3 years (not necessarily in solid timber - technical sales or building industry experience is welcomed).
Ability to quickly build strong customer relationships.
Proven experience and success in sales.
High-level sales skills, including making compelling presentations.
Ability to work autonomously, both on-the-road, in the office, and from home.
High-level verbal and written communication skills.
Strong business acumen.
Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
Well-developed organization and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook.
Experience with working with CRM systems.

Ability to build rapport.
Reliability and organizational skills.
Additional Information:
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Base + car + Tools of trade + Yearly Bonus.
1.5% of gross profit in commissions.
