What you will be doing

• Recognise trends to build ranges
• Managing strategies to achieve the financial plans to increase sales and profit
• Using your commercial skills to analyse customer’s needs to deliver long term strategies growth
• Create, manage and execute seasonal buys, gross margin, and inventory strategies
• Develop ranges to deliver strong category growth
• Managing & inspiring your team to achieve success within your category

About You

• Must have strong experience with product development/buying and overseas sourcing.
• Prior experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience with category growth and delivering increased profit
• Advanced analytical, reporting and Excel skills 
• Commercial focus working in a dynamic and fast paced team
• High volume / Big box retail exposure is beneficial
• Strong leadership and the passion to empower your people to achieve success
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail 
• Able to use logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
