LOMBARD The Paper People are a family owned and operated business specialising in the sale and supply of disposable catering products to the hospitality industry with distribution centres in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. In addition Lombard own and operate Australia's largest chain of Independent Retail Party Shops.
This is a pivotal role in the Organisation with a high degree of responsibility. Working closely alongside Sales and Warehouse. You must be an energetic person and an independent problem solver with an analytical eye and strong numeracy skills. You will be responsible for all administrative duties associated with the buying process and communication with both suppliers and the sales team.
Reporting to the Buying Manager your role will include:
- Raise and monitor purchase orders;
- Provide inventory analysis to Management;
- Liaise with suppliers and company sales team;
- Maintain computer database
- Adhoc Administrative Duties
The successful applicant will possess:
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High level skill in Excel
- Sound interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships;
- SAP B1 experience, preferred but not essential.
