The BYD Business Manager is the Finance and Insurance expert. Connect with customers, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always. Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism. Work inclusively to coach and mentor your team, bringing everyone on the learning journey together. Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritize the important tasks and ensure that you settle finance applications on time, with a meticulous focus on compliance.
Help us create an enjoyable, non-pressured, retail shopping experience at our Dandenong, Brooklyn and Brighton site and kiosk locations in major shopping centers in Melbourne, selling our new energy Electric Vehicles.
About the role:
- Assisting the sales team with double closing & deal negotiation using an owner's mindset
- Facilitating the finance and insurance transactions for dealership customers with integrity
- Providing agile and outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers.
- Strict adherence to compliance and inclusiveness
- Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI’s
Do you have?
- An Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident.
- Previous automotive finance sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills and an owner's mindset.
- Current FSRA and financier accreditation
- Ability to demonstrate your results and experience in current and previous F&I roles with integrity.
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
- A current Australian driver’s license
