Job description

Position: C- Verse Director (OSHC)
Hourly rate: $46.49- 47.64 ( Depending on qualifications and experience)
Status: Part-Time- 5 days, 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day Monday - Friday 12.00pm – 6.00pm.
Qualifications: Cert IV School Aged Care and/or Diploma/ACECQA approved equivalent

One Tree c-Verse Brentwood is an outside of school service that accommodates mixed age children.

Our center operates out of the Brentwood Community Centre, offering a dynamic and engaging environment for children.
  
The beautiful Blue Gum Lake is just a short walk away, providing us with the perfect opportunity to enjoy leisurely strolls with the children and discover the diverse wildlife and birds that call it home.

Our Approach: c-Verse (a child’s universe) is centered around the concept of gaming while encouraging children to embrace new challenges in the real world.
The program introduces nine unique "worlds" to explore, complete with collectible cards and rewards for reaching different achievement levels.
  
It's guaranteed to ignite the imaginations of children, staff, and families alike.
Children take charge of their own learning adventure, utilizing maps, and keys to navigate through areas such as Kids Chef World, STEM World, Story World, and Active World.

What you’ll bring and do

  • Cert IV/Diploma in Early Childhood
  • Current working with children checks and National Police Clearance.
  • 1+ years of industry experience
  • Demonstrated accountability and reflective practice.
  • Knowledgeable about the Child Safe Standards and how to implement in programs.
  • Strong pedagogical practice shaped by advocacy for children.
  • Experience working with children with diverse needs, knowledges, backgrounds and personalities.
  • Build positive relationships with peers, families, and children.
  • Being passionate about what you do.
