Australia's premier blackout screen provider, ScreenAway, seeking an upbeat, driven and experienced Receptionist & Office All-rounder to join our team.

At ScreenAway we transform Aussie homes with our premium blackout blinds. We're a fast-growing business currently located in Regency Park, excitedly awaiting completion & relocation to Tonsley Business Park in June 2025.
The Role:
In this position you will be the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face of the company and responsible for all first impressions. You will have a can-do attitude where you will provide general administration support to the team and assist with coordination tasks. There’s never a dull moment in the ScreenAway team!
About the role:
- Reception tasks including phones and mail distribution
- Daily banking reconciliation and weekly bank run
- Processing payments, refunds and cancellations
- Raising purchase orders and credit card reconciliation
- Send daily installation confirmation message
- Processing customer referral gift voucher vouchers
- Management of fleet vehicles, fuel & toll cards
- Monitoring social media comments over various platforms
About you:
- 2+ years’ experience working in general reception or administration roles
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Outlook/excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both a verbal and written context
- Data entry experience and high attention to detail
- Proven ability to effectively communicate.
- Drivers licence & reliable vehicle
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Experience in accounting assistance would be advantageous.
