We are excited to offer a cadetship to a third or fourth-year Civil Engineering student to join our talented team. In This Role, You Will:
- Be responsible for the job setup process, including coordination and scheduling of maintenance manuals and project certification.
- Maintain registers and release RFQs to approved subcontractors.
- Complete basic take-offs.
- Chase outstanding and secondary quotes, including negotiating on price.
- Assist in sourcing additional supplies and subcontractors.
- Work on active project sites assisting with inspections, quality assurance, survey, and as-constructed documentation.
- Proactively drive company safety, environment, and quality policies, practices, and procedures.
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Recently completed or currently completing studies in an engineering-related field (3rd or 4th year).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems and operating platforms.
- A current and valid driver’s license.
