Civil Design Engineer

TalentWeb is looking to speak with Civil Design Engineers who are looking for their next opportunity in Brisbane or the Gold Coast, working with a civil engineering consultancy on subdivision projects. 

In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Helping to create new communities and associated infrastructure in growth corridors in SEQ;
• Designing roads, lots, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure;
• Working collaboratively as part of a team with project managers, senior engineers, draftspeople and other specialised departments;
• Preparing plans, computations and documentation for projects in accordance with the client brief and local standards, within specified budgets and time schedules;
• Liaising directly with relevant stakeholders, including clients, councils and local authorities in a timely and efficient manner.

To be successful in your application you will have the following:

• At least 3 years’ Australian design experience of roads, drainage and bulk earthworks;
• Degree in Civil Engineering;
• Detailed knowledge of DRAINS, AutoCAD and 12D;
