As a cadet with us, you'll immerse yourself in the construction industry, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to our Cadet Development Program. We're seeking individuals who embody resourcefulness, dedication, and a strong work ethic. If you're currently enrolled in a Construction-related degree or diploma program and possess the following qualities, we want to hear from you:
- Genuine passion for construction
- Proficient in administration and office tasks
- Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude conducive to team and office culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external interactions
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and effectively plan and schedule activities
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- You MUST be an Australian resident
Your role as a cadet will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Assisting various members of the construction team
- Engaging in project management activities
- Administering contracts
- Handling purchasing, estimating, and submissions
- Sourcing supplier pricing
- Contributing to general office and administration tasks
