We are seeking experienced Barista / Cafe All Rounder to be part of our team. Led by an enthusiastic and engaged Venue Manager, we seek to bring a positive and rewarding working environment as we continue to grow and expand as a Company.
Applicants should display:
• A minimum of one year of experience as a dedicated barista
• A minimum of one year of food handling and prep experience, exposure to catering prep highly regarded.
• A professional attitude to work including punctuality, reliability and pride in presentability
• A pleasant and positive attitude towards both customers and team members
• Above all, a team-orientated attitude to work including being prepared to take on other services roles beyond the coffee machine, such as assisting with catering events.

- High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Exposure to catering will also be keenly looked upon
