We are looking for high performing, customer focused people to join our team servicing our Defence members.
AAFCANS purpose is to serve the Australian Defence Community across 27 bases nationally. Our venues are designed to provide convenient café style coffee, meals and convenience products on Army and Air Force bases.

About the role:
- Casual – Monday to Friday
- Flexible roster
- Hours available between 6.00am - 3.30pm
- Based at Victoria Barracks Melbourne, Melbourne CBD, VIC
- Joining a dynamic team

We'd love to hear from people with:
- Previous Barista experience (Desirable)
- Previous cooking and food prep experience (Desirable)
- Previous experience in fast paced customer service
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm
- Comfortable to work alone
- High level of communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Fast learner
Given you will be accessing a Defence base, you will be required to complete a National Police Check.
