About YOUR new job
As part of the Cafe Team, you will ensure our residents and all other patrons of the Cafe have the opportunity to participate in a friendly and vibrant quality food and beverage experience in an atmosphere of excellence in customer service!
If you're a warm, friendly, and experienced Café Assistant wanting to make a difference in the lives of seniors and have the requirements below, we would love to hear from you.
What's needed
- Certificate qualifications in Hospitality highly regarded but not required
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) ACT
- First Aid Certificate or a willingness to obtain one
- Previous experience in a catering environment
- Proficiency in cash handling and reconciliation
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional presentation skills for cafe opening, setup, and closure
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
