Cafe Barista

Woonona Bulli RSL Club is the largest club in the northern Illawarra suburbs located 10 minutes north of Wollongong. With membership nearing 13,000 and 80 staff, the Clubs facilities include in-house catering, a 300 seat brasserie, café, bar, gaming room, TAB and sports lounge, auditorium, internal and external function spaces and landscaped outdoor play areas. The club also operates a very successful award-winning member’s only gym on site with childcare. Use of the gym is provided free of charge to all employees.

With exciting plans for the future, we are now recruiting for an experienced Barista for

our successful Café

As a Barista in our café you will be required to perform the following:

Deliver barista quality beverages

Prepare café quality meals

Provide a super customer service experience

Order stock to maintain par levels

Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

Share your experience and train your team members creating a culture of consistency, quality and inclusivity

A trouble-shooter that will explore all options before passing on problems to others

Along with the above duties you will be require to have:

A “Can-Do” attitude and willingness to find improvement

Availability across 7days and evenings – we will work with the right applicant

Current RSA certification

Drivers Licence

This is a role with no early mornings or late nights and one that you will truly be able to make your own.
