Qualifications & experience
- Relevant experience within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven ability to design and implement cost-effective and customer-friendly menus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working closely with suppliers.
- A minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience in a similar role.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with our menu.
- Assist in designing and updating the menu to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- - Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front of house to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain a calm demeanor under pressure and ensure timely service.
- Available on the weekend
