This is a newly built kitchen with all brand new state-of-the-art cooking equipment and amentities to ensure smooth and succesful high-volume services.
About the role
You would play an intergral part in opening this massive Buffet within the precinct of Twin City Hotel. With support from the Group Executive Chef and Hotel General Manager, you would be responsible for building a strong kitchen team, rosters and procedures.
This is a full-time salaried position offering a generous remuneration package and group-wide team member benefits.
About you
To be a succesful candidate for this role you must;
-Have prior experience in a Head Chef role in high volume settings
-Have strong leadership and communicaiton skills
-Sound knowledge of HACCP practices and requirements
-Strong work ethic and positive attitude
-Have a passion for high volume hospitality
