Must be flexible to work a Friday night, weekend days and weekend nights (Around 20-30 hours per week)- Rotating Roster
Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversight operations of the café.
- Focus on customer experience.
- Ensuring consistency and quality of each dessert and coffee served
- Supervision of casual team members.
- Use of point is sale system (pos)
- Liaising with management.
- Oversight of food safety in the cafe.
- Stock control and ordering.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the cafe
- Prepare and serve our delicious desserts, ice creams, lab shakes, drinks, coffees to the highest standard
About You:
- Previous supervisor/management is a bonus, but willing to train the right applicant
- Previous café/hospitality experience is essential
- Barista and coffee making skills and experience is a must.
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to lead a team and effectively communicate
- Energetic, positive and customer focused with can do attitude
- Enjoy creating memorable experiences for our customers
- Ability to work well collaboratively as part of a team
- Good communication skills, great team player and quick thinker
