We have an opportunity available for experienced Cafe Supervisor to support our Manager in leading the team at our Maitland site Woods & Co.
You will have;
- Experience in customer service and coffee in a cafe or retail food outlet.
- Experience with Food Safety and Systems
- Organised and system follower.
- Good confident and polite communication skills.
- Food handling and preparing with pride is an advantage.
- Cash handling open and close procedures of a cafe.
We are seeking an individual who has people skills, loves to please the customer, enjoy the buzz of a busy cafe environment and work well in a team under pressure.
Your focus will be operational and ensure the service and food standards are met and of course exceeded everyday and thorough communication and support with your team throughout the week.
