As FSS will work closely with cafe Manager across the day-to-day operations for ensure

You will need to demonstrate:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisor role
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and inviting personality 
• Organised and process driven with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead by example and train team members in accordance with set procedures
• Must work weekends 
• Passion for hospitality.
• Confident barista skills.
