The Role
You will be responsible for day to day supervision of the club, member experience and satisfaction, functions and spcial events, multiple bars, gaming and supporting the operations and General Manager. Ensure employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for all employees.
Customer Service
- Provide efficient, friendly service in line with Easts Customer Service Behaviours and Values.
- Ensure timely assistance and service to guests.
- Promote and upsell club facilities and guide staff to do the same.
- Resolve customer complaints, escalating higher-level issues to management.
Club Operations
- Manage day-to-day club operations, maintaining strong knowledge of systems and procedures.
- Ensure all areas are clean, hygienic, and functional.
- Provide accurate information to management on sales, staffing, training, and performance.
Compliance
- Complete shift and incident reports.
- Record daily link machine turnover meters.
- Enforce RSA and RCG guidelines.
- Maintain dress and service standards, and ensure proper meal breaks.
Leadership and Management
- Participate in communication forums and innovation committees.
- Communicate with frontline staff about events, product changes, and service standards.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and contribute to personal development.
WH&S
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with safety policies.
