Cafe Supervisior

Ballarat Wildlife Park is seeking a Full time Café Supervisor.  The following skill set is required:

• High level of customer service   
• Barista experience
• Food preparation
• Cash handling 
• Food preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage staff and staffing levels
• Menu planning

A Food Supervisors certificate and RSA certificate are essential.

Applicants should have initiative and problem-solving abilities with creativity and ideas to advance the café further.   Position commences as soon as possible.
