We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Café Worker to provide quality café food and beverages. The successful applicant will also assist in the maintenance and operations of the café to deliver a high standard of service delivery to the clientele of the café. Reporting to the Team

Member, this is a casual position based in Panania, NSW. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Restaurant Award 2010, Level 3. You will successfully Manage customer service including conflict and complaint management.

Able to assist with opening and closing of the café Step into the Café Lead role when required Check team communication regularly and attend any required team meetings Help oversee team of volunteers Willing to work in The Village coffee van if needed Reports are provided on a regular basis to leadership Ensuring exceptional customer experience Ensuring adherence to safety standards and WHS requirements You will need A NSW

Working With Children Check. Safe food handling qualification.

Barista training. Appetite to be involved in the local community. Business acumen.
