Cafe/Restaurant Manager

CoffeeMan NT Pty Ltd, a thriving cafe which has opened its second shop in Darwin, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe/Restaurant Manager to join our team.Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Cafe/Restaurant
• Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor and control inventory and expenses
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• A passion for the hospitality industry
