Beverage Manager located in the Heart of Australia.
Job DescriptionWhat You will be Doing:- Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar, mini bar and functions..
- Responsible in creating menu's and use correct pricing methods.
- Responsible for the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Completing monthly beverage stock take
- Mentoring and Managing staff.
About the Restaurant:
- A busy environment catering to Guests and external reservations.
- We have 3 Function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet, ala carte lunch and ala carte dinner.
- 1 main bar open 7 days a week + 2 other bars which are opened on demand.
QualificationsYour Skills And Experience Include:

- Ability to be innovative and creative to bringing ideas to life!
