What to expect: It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. The Customer Service Manager entails providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable Customer Service via phone, email, and social media within the Operations team, emphasising exceeding customer expectations, fostering team development, executing Customer Service strategies, and continuously improving service levels without compromising quality or customer outcomes.
What you’ll need: Previous experience in Customer Service and or call center, including strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, initiative as a team player, ability to multitask and prioritise, professionalism with teams and customers, strategic planning capability, project initiation and delivery skills, and essential retail store experience with knowledge of customer-facing policies, ideally including retail exposure.
