About the role:
You will work closely with Jodie to run day-to-day customer service and studio
management. Here are the key responsibilities:
Customer service:
Be the first point of contact for all of Deer Ruby’s customers
Answering customer inquiries, email, Facebook & Instagram
Resolving customer complaints
Following up all online orders
Understand our brand, product and policies and use this knowledge to assist
customers
Studio management
Packing online orders daily
Dealing with returns
Managing local and international shipments
Provide day-to-day support to Jodie and the team by assisting with ad hoc
tasks within the business
Develop and support current and future workflow management processes

day-to-day running of the business.

Shopify / Dropbox / Gmail / Asana /
Ability to learn fast, especially new technologies
Knowledge of Excel
