Call Center- Sales Outbound

We seek dynamic individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our solar energy experts. This position is work from home, Cold-Calling multiple states in Australia to generate leads.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential prospects to educate them about the benefits of solar energy.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
• Build the desire and foster positive interaction with Australians to educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
• Follow up with leads via phone to ensure a seamless appointment scheduling process.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our system and follow up with prospects accordingly. 

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
• Driven, motivated, and persistent with a positive ATTITUDE.
• GROWTH MINDSET and OUTGOING PERSONALITY.
• Previous experience in telemarketing minimum 1 year. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
