Based in Bedford Park we have an opportunity for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join an inclusive and diverse team supporting customers experiencing financial hardship.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers who are going through financial distress and providing options and solutions
- Handling all customer queries with compassion and empathy
- Demonstrating resilience when having difficult conversations with customers
- Assisting customers back to financial health and stability
- Monitoring and managing identity fraud and fraud trends to mitigate losses to the bank
- Reporting fraudulent customers
- Proven success in a customer service and/or Call Centre role
- Collections experience will be desirable
- Experience in handling sensitive customer matters
- High levels of empathy and resilience
- Ability to work various shifts 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday
