We need a dedicated Customer Service Assistant who excels in delivering outstanding Customer Service, possesses strong organisational skills, and can work independently.
We're seeking someone who:
- Is ambitious and eager to advance,
- Is genuinely concerned about customers' needs,
- Can manage the demands of peak periods,
- Has experience in woodworking or hardware,
- Can think on their feet and operate independently,
- And most importantly, is a sociable and approachable individual who fits well with our tight-knit team.
Your role will involve:
- Working full-time, during four weekdays and Saturday mornings,
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat,
- Managing customer product queries and processing sales orders,
- Assisting customers with deliveries, warranties, and general support,
- Being an integral part of a team that values fun and camaraderie.
