Call Centre Agent Job
You will be making outbound calls to existing customers with the company promotions, detailing new product features, and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team. You will have an expectation to process a certain number of calls in a day/ week. You will be tasked with completing purchases online and over the phone. You will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.The Company:

Call Centre Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:
No inbound calls
Management and resolve customer enquiries
Promote company products and benefits
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Upsell products and services
Complete call logs and reports
