Energy Plus Australia is a leading residential and commercial solar company servicing QLD, NSW, TAS with our head office based in Burleigh Heads.
As we continue to grow our business we require an experienced Call Centre Manager to build, motivate and lead our team of appointment setters.
The Role -
- Manage multiple lead sources of inbound digital leads and cold calling data.
- Confirm and allocate all appointments to consultant calendars.
- Recruit, train and manage CALL CENTRE staff.
- Research and source additional lead and data lists.
- Lead our existing team and expand to an 8 seat CALL CENTRE.
- Must be able to work closely with the General Manager to ensure quality in home appointments.
- Generous salary plus uncapped commission structure.
- Must be reliable, professional and have a passion to succeed.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be a team player that encourages growth and results.
- Develop and implement scripting.
Experience in the solar industry is preferred but not necessary.
