About the Role
We are looking for an engaging and passionate leader to drive excellence in customer service, develop a close-knit, performance-focused team that are driven by success.
You will be empowered to really put your stamp on our Call Centre, helping to not only shape the culture of the team, but be at the forefront of helping us to grow our business across Queensland.
The role is responsible for ensuring the Call Centre is run at a consistently high standard from an operational perspective, this will include establishing and maintaining team procedures and responsibility for the overall management and maintenance of our Auto-dialler software.
Some of the duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide clear direction, management, and leadership to the telesales team members
- Daily and weekly reporting to management
- Provide recommendations to management on lead generation
- Lead, motivate and train the team to help them achieve and exceed KPIs
- Motivate the team to drive a sustainable high-performance culture
- Manage daily operational requirements including policy, process and compliance issues
- Manage escalated issues and resolve any complex or difficult situations
- Ensure the Call Centre is run to a professional standard inline with procedures
- Address any performance concerns with the support of HR
- Recognise and celebrate high achievement
- Participate in recruitment of call-centre team members and onboarding
What we're looking for?
- Previous experience with leading and managing a team/s (essential)
- Be awesome at Sales Training
- Demonstrated experience analysing and reporting on data/metrics
- Ability to drive a results driven and sales oriented team
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with Auto-dialler software
