Searson Buck is proud to be supporting the upcoming State Government Elections in March 2024 and we are seeking Call Centre Operators in Hobart from Thursday 22nd February - Tuesday 26th March 2024.
About the role:
- Location: Glenorchy
- Hours of work: 8:45am - 5:00pm weekdays (initial day of training on Thurs 22nd Feb for 3 hours either 10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm) + shifts within 7:45am - 6:00pm on Polling Day Saturday 23rd
- Assignment Dates: Thursday 22nd February - Tuesday 26th March 2024 (this is subject to change at notice)
- Pay Rate: $33.78 per hour + Penalty Rates
Requirements:
Accurately record and/or relay relevant information while adhering to established procedures. In addition to basic IT proficiency, you will have effective communication skills, a commitment to accuracy and the ability to follow prescribed processes to provide callers with prompt and precise assistance.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills - proficient in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey information clearly, address incoming enquiries and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Multitasking - capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including navigating computer systems, inputting data, and interacting with callers.
- Adaptability - adaptable to changes in call volume, customer inquiries, and procedures.
- Technical proficiency - familiarity with computer systems, databases, and relevant Call Centre tools. Able to navigate systems, input data accurately, and utilise technology effectively.
- Teamwork - collaborative mindset with the ability to share information and contribute positively to a team culture.
- Problem solving skills - troubleshooting, identifying solutions and effectively resolving issues.
