About the role 

Reporting to the Head of Call Centre, the Team Lead of the will be responsible for overseeing the performance of your designated team within our Move Me In (MMI) Call Centre and assist them in making the customer service experience one to remember.  

What you will be doing in this role: 

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of your team to achieve KPI's. 
  • Monitor the teams' call quality and performance to provide ongoing training and coaching where required.  
  • Support and empower team members with skills to improve their product knowledge and confidence. 
  • Identify opportunities to add value to every customer's experience.  
  • Focusing on continuous improvement of systems and processes. 
  • Communicating with team members and key stakeholders. 
  • Resolve and de-escalate issues that arise within your team.

  • Prior experience within a Call Centre environment is highly desirable, but not essential. 
  • Prior experience within Real Estate or a tech background would be highly advantageous.
