About the role
- Quoting & Invoicing
- Inbound/ outbound calls
- Emails
- Accounts
- Managing our technician's schedules & booking in jobs with customers
- Communication with customers via calls, texts, emails & data entry, using our softwares etc that associates with our company
We will provide all the training
The role can also be flexible to your strengths & what you enjoy most.
Requirements
You need to be someone who is set up to Work from Home
You need to have sharp attention to detail
You need to be super organised
You need to be a task finisher & get things done
You need to be able to multitask & prioritise tasks
You need to have a friendly, helpful phone manner
