We are looking for experienced and graduate Speech Pathologists eager to take on Community and Clinic-based roles in multiple sites across Melbourne.
About the Position
Our client has full-time positions available for Speech Pathologists who are passionate about working with Pediatric, NDIS, and elderly clients. The scope of practice includes one-on-one appointments, group therapy sessions, and Telehealth consultations.
As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality speech therapy services to NDIS participants, the elderly, and pediatric populations. You will attend clinic-based and community-based sessions, which may include schools, homes, and daycares.
You will provide comprehensive care and participate in funded ongoing professional development and education.
You must be registered (or eligible for registration) with the relevant professional body, committed to continuous learning, and have leadership skills.
Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to NDIS participants, the elderly and pediatric populations.
- Engage in clinic-based and community-based sessions, including schools, homes, and daycares.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in funded ongoing professional development and education.
Ideal Candidate
- New Graduates to Senior Speech Pathologists and Team Leaders.
- Qualified in Speech Therapy with a passion for pediatrics, NDIS or Elderly populations.
- Registered (or eligible for registration) with the relevant professional body.
- Pediatric, NDIS or Geriatric ST experience preferred
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Leadership skills required for Team Leadership roles.
