With c1500 completed units and a secured development pipeline of over 1,000 units, Oak Tree is well placed to continue to meet the demand for quality units catering for the 55-plus cohort who will represent about 31% of our national population by 2030.Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager, the Investment Analyst will support Oak Tree’s ongoing M&A activity, valuations, business modelling, portfolio analytics, business cases, and treasury management. - Valuations, Mergers & Acquisitions
- Assisting in financial valuations (internal, external), understanding market factors & key drivers to business valuation.
- Identifying acquisition opportunities, managing due diligence processes and assist with post-merger integration activities.
- Business Modelling & Portfolio Analytics
- Assisting to maintain, refine, and improve business-critical operating models and integrated 3 way forecast models.
- Data collection & analysis on Oak Tree’s portfolio, analysis of key value drivers and providing input into new investment opportunities (developments, re-developments, acquisitions, disposals).
- Business Case Development
- Assist with identifying value adding opportunities, analysis for business case opportunities, developing consolidated business case proposals for executive review & board submission.
- Treasury/Finance
- Assist with short term cash flow liquidity management, medium term financing strategy, covenant reporting & compliance, managing financier relationships.
