We are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to organize our photoshoots end to end. If you’re ready to share your artistic vision, as well as bring your strong admin skills – this role is for you!
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with the Creative Director and in-house stylist to produce each eCommerce shoot both by preparing shoot locations, models and photographers prior and assisting on day to ensure finished photos are neat and on-brand with minimal retouching required
- Assist the Creative Director in all stages of photoshoots, from conception to post-production handling (including making image selects and retouching notes)
- Manage the online visual merchandising strategy for Hello Molly & sister brands
- Work with the Social Media Manager to plan, produce and publish content for Hello Molly’s social media platforms in line with marketing plans and buying initiatives
- Assist in creating, developing and maintaining styling guidelines for Hello Molly & sister brands
- Assist in sample management/ordering/prop sourcing for photoshoots
- Assist in generating on-brand creative content at shoots (including behind the scenes footage and flatlays)
- Assist with any creative campaigns or activations when required
The perfect candidate:
- You have 2+ years of experience in studio management, events or styling
- You are organised and an admin whiz
- You are an excellent communicator who can set clear expectations, give constructive feedback, and address problems directly
- Master of problem-solving and being proactive
- Develop and refine effective workflow processes, visual branding strategies, and communication models.
- Work with team to develop, understand, maintain, communicate, and train all aspects of brand standards and processes
- Fashion styling experience a bonus
- Be available to travel interstate for this role if required

This is a full-time position and you would preferably be available to start immediately. You must be based in Sydney and have full working rights. Only successful candidates will be notified. You will be required to travel interstate for this role.
