Purpose of the role
Starting out your career in marketing, business, communications, digital or similar? As the Marketing and Campaign Coordinator you will coordinate marketing communications campaigns, advertising, and projects for Newcastle Permanent and Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation. Your attention to detail, and ability to navigate various media channels will contribute to the success of our marketing efforts and further strengthen our brand awareness, consideration, and conversion.

- Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying), preferably Communications, Business, Media or Marketing
What will your key responsibilities include?
- Support marketing campaigns to build the Newcastle Permanent and Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation brands and achieve organisational goals
- Collaborate with specialist teams to design, test and evolve customer acquisition and retention tactics
- Coordinate the production and distribution of paid media assets, ensuring proper briefing, approvals, and timely delivery
- Prepare campaign reports to drive continuous improvement
