Are you a creatively minded, digital marketing gun seeking a new opportunity that includes managing, developing, and executing retail media campaigns?
We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and ready to learn Retail Media Digital Coordinator that will contribute to the establishment and growth of AVC’s Retail Media Network across AVC’s extensive venue and digital universe.
The Role
In your role, you will be responsible for the coordination of digital retail media and The Pass loyalty campaigns and executions across Australian Venue Co. portfolio of venues, in line with AVC retail media objectives, operational requirements, advertising guides and and advertiser requirements. This includes internal and external stakeholder management, delivering timely performance reporting to advertisers, and using technology platforms to get campaigns planned and go live. You will work with advertisers to develop campaign content that will be executed through AVC’s retail media network across several channels including onsite (e.g., website, email, me&u), offsite (e.g., social media), and in-venue (e.g., screens) and including digital ordering platforms (The Pass app and me&u).
Some of your responsibilities
- Support the seamless implementation and delivery of retail media and The Pass campaigns across onsite, offsite, and in-venue channels.
- Create campaign assets in line with content schedule and advertiser requirements including promotions, email campaigns, push notifications, SMS, product offerings, product launch, events etc.
- Utilise technology and tools available, including via the retail media network technology partner / platform.
- Analysis of performance data, providing timely insights and recommendations for improvements for advertisers; as well as easy to digest performance reports.
- Review onsite and offsite digital platforms results and contribute to recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage retail media workflows, including tracking, overseeing, and reporting on the Retail Media program both internally and with advertisers.
- Engage and inspire the broader AVC team via proactively sharing examples and case studies of successful digital marketing and retail media campaigns.
- Work closely with stakeholders from different teams, including Marketing, Activations and Brand; Procurement, Legal, Training and Development, IT, HR, Operations and Property.
Requirements
- Understanding of basic marketing and media principles, and a willingness to learn in-depth retail media principles.
- Strong creative capabilities, including excellent copy writing skills and content creation.
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to show initiative and proactively analyse and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Paid social media capability, specifically Meta and understanding of best practice with Email/Push notification campaigns.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends, digital campaigns, and retail media campaigns.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in digital campaign management or similar role.
