The Senior Digital Campaign Manager will support the company's next phase of development, defining future resource needs and scaling the team.
The Work
- Accurate and timely delivery of all digital advertising campaigns, including but not limited to quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, optimisation, inventory management and accurate billing.
- Hold strong working relationships with Pricing, Commercial Product, Sales, Finance, insights, Product, and Adtech departments where you will be the point of contact for issue resolution and escalation.
- Manage the operational implementation of new ad products, in partnership with the commercial product team, including designing and implementing tests, allocating resources, identifying and resolving challenges and ensuring new products go live with the appropriate delivery capabilities in place.
- Manage the day-to-day of the Digital Operations team, ensuring efficient processes are implemented and continuously refined. Provide oversight and make recommendations/solutions to operational issues.
- Safeguard the business by developing solutions and documenting internal procedures, policies, and training. you will oversee the development and KPI’s of the digital operations team.

Desirable
- 3+ years Ad Ops experience
- Experience with GAM, Magnite, SalesForce, Operative1
- Able to work well both as part of a team and autonomously with a willingness to take on tasks with minimal supervision, but ability to effectively manage up on delivery to those tasks
- Working experience with Video advertising and related metrics/reporting
