The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning and delivering Spirit of Tasmania’s marketing and advertising campaigns and for developing the overall strategy. You will be working with creative and media agencies to deliver advertising campaigns, co-ordinating film and photo shoots, planning and executing mainstream advertising including TV, press, magazine, digital, radio and outdoor campaigns whilst having final say over the material/s produced. Together with the GM of Marketing you will be developing an integrated marketing plan and assist the Digital Manager in the development of social campaigns and content marketing.
The successful incumbent will have substantial experience in a marketing/advertising leadership role and be experienced in digital media buying, writing campaign briefs, media planning and creative development. Ideally, you will enjoy working with a dynamic team, be collaborative and willing to share information. A strong sense of character and the ability to adapt easily to a change in direction is essential.
