Australian Outdoor Living is a leader within Australia's fast-growing lifestyle and home improvement sector. Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our national marketing team based at our Head Office in Regency Park, South Australia.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a great opportunity to utilise your experience and leverage your skill and passion for maintaining and developing a well-known iconic Australian Brand. You will be responsible for managing monthly campaigns, with a strong focus on digital and marketing analysis and continuous improvement.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills and you will enjoy being involved in broader strategy and planning.

Key duties of the role include
- Take the lead on promotional campaign project management
- Drive sponsorship opportunities and negotiations nationally
- Planning, developing, and implementing the social media content calendar across a range of platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Lead the content creation process and manage a pipeline of ideas to ensure new relevant content is always available for our audience
- Manage and deliver reports on campaigns and company KPI's
- Undertake in-depth marketing performance and competitor analysis across all channels.
- Identify opportunities and put forward recommendations to maximise lead generation and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
- A proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results on time and on budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage up and down effectively.
- Ability to identify opportunities and initiate recommendations that could improve marketing performance.
- Data-driven with experience analysing results,
- Experience in market research, and industry trends, to determine the best solution to make effective use of available resources and opportunities
